PROTECT-A LG 042 is a new generation, green-roof, single-component, polyurethane based transparent liquid glass.

Does not require primer application beforehand.
Abrasion resistant.
Elastic.
High UV resistance.
Highly resistant to weather effects.
Can be used as both a primer and a top coat application.
Allows for water vapor transmission. The film breathes thus prevents moisture from accumulating under the coat.
It helps to prevent dust on absorbent surfaces.
Excellent adhesion on Glass, mosaic, tile, porcelain, ceramic, marble, granite, natural stone, wood, concrete, screed, galvanized sheet, aluminum surfaces.

The relative humidity of the air should be no more than 80%, the ambient temperature should be between 15 – 35°C and the surface temperature of the application surface should be at least 5°C.
It should not be applied at outdoors in rainy weather.
Surface cleaning should be done to increase adhesion.
All oils, dust, dirt, rust and similar substances that may prevent liquid glass from sticking to the surface should be completely removed from the application surface.
If the application surface contains old paint, it must be removed via sandblasting or with the help of pressurized water blasting.
The sanded surface provides better mechanical properties for liquid glass application and helps liquid glass to adhere better to the surface.
The waiting time between layers should be 24 – 48 hours at 20°C.
For the best performance 2 to 3 layers should be applied.
