Description

PROTECT–A SUPER POLYMER PLUS SB is an insulation material consisting of special mineral filler and polymer components, with strong adherence, excellent water resistance, and high U.V. resistance. Wear resistance is very high. Therefore, it is extremely suitable for use on concrete roofs, terraces, walkways, asphalt pavements. It is not affected by sun, rain and water. If desired, all kinds of ceramic marble etc. can be placed on it. It is economical and long lasting. It is not harmful to human health.

Application Instructions

First of all, the application surface is cleaned of dust, dirt and oil. If there are places that need repair, they must be repaired beforehand.
Before application, PROTEK A-035 UNIVERSAL PRIMER insulation and paint primer should be diluted with water at a ratio of 1:7 (1 part Primer : 7 parts water) and applied with 100 – 200 g/m² consumption on absorbent surfaces. Then the primer should be left to dry for 4 hours.
PROTECT–A SUPER POLYMER PLUS SB is ready to use. The product is mixed in the bucket for 5 minutes in a homogeneousmanner with the help of a mixer. It is applied in two layers perpendicular to each other with a roller or brush. Wait at least 4 hours between coats. The product is suitable for applications where the application air temperature is between 5 – 30°C.
Materials should be stored in cool, dry and closed areas at 5 – 35 °C. Shelf life is 2 years when properly stored in its unopened original packaging.

During the application, flammable and combustible products should be kept away. No smoking. Care should be taken to ensure that the application area is constantly ventilated. Protective equipment such as goggles and gloves should be used during the application. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
