Polyurethane based single component liquid membrane

PROTECT-A PUR 018 UV is a single component polyurethane based liquid membrane.

Excellent mechanical properties.
High resistance against chemical corrosion.
After it is cured, it contains no toxic materials.
Water vapor permeable.
The film layer can breathe effectively preventing moisture build up underneath it.
High thermal resistance (can preserve its elasticity up to -40 degrees Celsius)

Application surfaces must be solid. The surface must have a compressive strength of 25N/mm² and a strength of at least 1.5 N/mm² for adhesion testing.
Loose, dismantled or dislodged concrete particles on the surface must be cleared.
Application surface must be cleared of factors that will affect the adhesion performance, such as oil and paint residues, cement grout residues.
In addition, application surfaces should be roughened and wiped with suitable tools and machines.
Wiped surfaces should be cleaned of dust using industrial machines.
Dust remaining in the surface pores affects the adhesion performance of the product and may cause holes in the coating.
For the best results, two (2) coats must be applied allowing a minimum of 6-24 hours of curing time between each coat.
