Description

PRO 300 GROUT EPOXY MORTAR 2K is a two-component, solvent-free, non-shrinking, paste-like epoxy based, repair, anchorage, coating, montage and adhesive mortar.

Area of Use

In the assembly of all kinds of steel and concrete elements and in bonding.
For fixing injection anchors.
In crack filling.
Bonding of old concrete and new concrete.

Product Features and Advantages

Application Instructions

The application surface should be cleaned and free of foreign materials such as oil, rust, paint.
According to the concrete surface condition, the surface should be roughened if necessary and free from free particles and dust.
If the reinforcement in the concrete is rusty, it should be cleaned. The concrete to be applied must be a minimum of 28 days old and the concrete surface must be dry or slightly damp.
Component B is added to component A and mixed with a low speed mixer for 3-4 minutes. Considering the pot life, the material should be mixed as necessary. At high temperatures the pot life of the material is reduced.
PRO 300 GROUT EPOXY MORTAR 2K, immediately after mixing, then it is applied to the surface with a spatula or trowel.
The application thickness should be between 2-3 mm on each layer.
Additional coat applications should be done after the previous layer hardens(18-24 hours).
If metal surface applications cannot be made immediately after mixing primer should be used.
In bonding processes, if the product is used between two materials, both should be applied to the surface. After the desired thickness is applied, the parts to be adhered should not be pressed on top of each other until the polymerization is completed.
In anchoring application: After drilling the required diameter and holes in the project and cleaning it with a brush and compressed air, apply the material with a suitable mortar gun so that it is approximately half filled. Then insert the anchor bolt or steel rod into the hole by turning it and press until the material overflows from the Hole.
If the product is used in epoxy injection application, the cracks must be cleaned before injection and PRO 300 GROUT EPOXY MORTAR 2K is applied to the cracks with a trowel and closed.
Storage and Shelf Life:
Shelf life is 1 year from the date of production when stored in its original package, at +5°C / +30°C in ventilated, dry and protected environments, protected from sun, rain and frost.
Attention:
Application must be done using protective gloves and goggles. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water, and consult a doctor in case of eye contact and swallowing.
