Description

PROTECT-A ALIPHATIC TOP COAT is a high performance, low heat conductive, high U.V. resistant, glass ceramic modified, aliphatic, acrylic polyurethane resin based top coat. It provides up to %40 energy efficiency (depending on the number of the application layers) in heat and cooling energy consumption.

Application Instructions

The substrate should be clean, damp, smooth and sound.
Dust, lime, paint residues, mold oils, etc. should be cleaned from application substrate using wire brush.
Major deformations and holes on the substrate should be repaired at least 24 hours before ALIPHATIC TOP COAT application.
Surface temperature should be between +5°C and +45°C.
Avoid application in extremely hot and/or damp weathers.
Should not be used on frozen or melting substrates, or substrates with the risk of rain or frost within 24 hours.
Should be mixed until a homogenous mixture is achieved.
To achieve the best result, each layer must be applied within 4 – 6 hours of each other.
Do not apply on wet surfaces, however it can be applied on slightly damp surfaces.
In roller applications, each layer should be applied perpendicular to each other.
