Description

PROTECT-A PR 044 2K is a two-component, solvent-free, polyurethane injection resin that reacts in contact with water. INJECTION RESIN reaction time, controlled using accelerator known as CATALYST 10, from 2% to 10%. The expansion time is strictly dependent on the amount of accelerator mixed with the resin, the amount of water and the application temperature. After the reaction of the product with water, a flexible, hydrophobic, non-shrinking foam is obtained. The product does not expand without water, but hardens forming an elastic mass.

Application Instructions

Before using PROTEK-A PR 044 2 K resin, mix the material and the accelerator thoroughly. Mix the INJECTION FOAM and CATALYST 10 according to the mixing ratio instructions (min. 2% – max. 10%) to determine the exact reaction time.
NOTE: The technical specifications written on the side are based on the test results at 23°C and 50% relative humidity. Values may vary under different temperature and humidity conditions.
