Polyurethane based self-leveling two component liquid waterproofing product

PROTECT-A PU 035 SELF LEVELLING 2K is a two component, polyurethane based, self-leveling, elastic, liquid waterproofing, surface protection material.

It is used as elastic polyurethane floor and waterproofing coating material in hospitals, schools, offices, gyms, shopping malls, hotels, storage areas, cold storage, frigorific vehicle crates, food production facilities and all industrial areas where hygiene is desired.
It is used on the terraces, both as a water insulation and coating material.
In the protection of concretes, in harsh ambient conditions and against corrosion including concretes used at ports.
In the joints of concrete/steel connections, balconies, flowerbeds, dirty water and rain streams, concrete canal interiors, water tanks, water insulation of ponds.
Can be used on its own or with different supplemental equipment (felt, fiber).

It is a two-component, polyurethane-based self-leveling coating material that does not contain solvents.
Has high mechanical and chemical resistance,
High tensile and tear strength, and is resistant up to -30ºC.It has self-propagation.
It is a low viscosity, light traffic resistant insulation material that adheres very well to steel and concrete.
It is abrasion resistant. It’s elastic.
It can build bridges between cracks.
Thanks to its good soaking feature, it creates elastomeric waterproofing cover with different reinforcements.

Existing surface must be clean, dry, flat and free of dirt, dust, oil, wax and mold.
All loose, dusty, cracked, crusted and pre-painted surfaces must be cleaned or scraped.
Component A and B should be mixed for at least 3-4 minutes with the help of a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
The mixture should be consumed within 25-30 minutes.
24 hours after the primer application, the application surface must be roughened by sanding.
In order to achieve the desired thickness on the application surface, the product should be spread with the help of a notched trowel and air should be taken out with a spiked roller when the coating reaches the appropriate consistency.
The application should not be performed if the ambient temperature is below 10°C or above 30°C.
Avoid application in rainy and windy weather.
After the completion of the coating, the coating should be protected from water contact for at least 24 hours.
Thinning products should not be used with the product during the application.
Relative humidity should not exceed 80% during the application.
